How one can determine estrogen levels and what does it tell?

An estrogen test detects the levels of estrogen by using blood or urine sample. This test helps to diagnose delayed puberty, cause of enlarged breasts, and detect tumors due to which estrogen levels might have increased.

For everyone, the cause is different for estrogen imbalance and also the treatment plan. Following some general principles in routine like body fat maintenance, intake of cruciferous vegetables (cabbage, brussels sprouts, etc.) in diet and regular physical activity can reduce the chances of its imbalance.

It is rightly said that prevention is better than cure…, easy to say but not that easy to follow. On the contrary, if at the first place health is taken care of, nothing can limit its advantage towards a disease-free, healthy life.

Victory over the fear is possible, so conquer your fear from estrogen by retaining its balance.
